MHBG (the “Manufactured Housing Buyers Group”) is an association formed by independent Manufactured Housing and Modular Housing Producers. Our mission is to provide a conduit to negotiate supply and purchasing arrangements for the highest quality materials, goods and services at prices and terms better than any one member could secure on its own, through the collective buying power of combining member volumes.

The members in the Manufactured Housing Buyers Group (MHBG) are the leading independent builders of high quality Manufactured Housing and Modular Housing in the nation. Since 2011, the group's has endeavored through collective buying power to obtain the highest quality materials at the lowest possible cost. MHBG is all about leveraging the purchasing power of its membership.

In the aggregate, MHBG ranks second in market share, among the builders of Manufactured Housing and Modular Housing with approximately 20% of homes produced annually. MHBG represents growth opportunities for its Supplier Partners and seeks to build lasting and profitable supply programs and relationships.

For the Supplier, MHBG represents a stable source of volume purchasing with limited financial exposure. MHBG is an unincorporated association of non-affiliated producers of Manufactured Housing and Modular Housing.
